Mouthwash is a liquid you stick
in your mouth after brushing to rinse your mouth out. Most mouthwash is
either antiseptic or anti-plaque which claim to kill germs in your mouth
or the mouthwash is anti-cavity which contains fluoride.
You typically use 2/3oz. of
mouthwash and swish it around for half a minute and then spit it out. It
is not to replace brushing, flossing your teeth or cleaning your tongue.
If you are serious about oral
hygiene, we suggest using our OraSweet
Flossing Toothbrush. It's 2 tiered brushing system is able to brush the
teeth and is able to get in between and below the gum line. Also using
OraSweet Tongue Cleaner to scrape away the bacteria off your tongue will
help your mouth become healthier and happier in no time.
