Halitosis is an oral health
condition in which one's mouth emits a foul odor. There are many causes of
halitosis such as poor oral hygiene, tobacco and or alcohol, and possibly
a medical condition such as a respiratory infection or diabetes.
If your halitosis is stemming
from a medial condition, we suggest you consult with your physician and
they would be able to help you.
If your halitosis stems from
tobacco or alcohol use, the best thing you can do for both your oral
health and overall health is to quit smoking and consuming alcohol.
If your halitosis stems from
poor oral hygiene, a good idea would be to change your brushing routine a
bit. Most people do not realize how much bacteria is on your tongue and
that the smell emitted from the
mouth could be from that bacteria. We suggest using the OraSweet Tongue
Cleaner that will scrape away that bacteria leaving you with fresh, sweet
smelling breath. But also you must brush and floss your teeth. When you
brush, use the OraSweet Flossing Toothbrush, the only toothbrush that
brushes and flosses at once. It doesn't replace flossing so you must still
do that, but it greatly enhances the effect of flossing.
Try it out and you will notice
you and your mouth are much happier and healthier. |
